Clause 01

Service Scope

We provide website optimization, UX improvements, and performance enhancements. Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

Clause 02

No Guaranteed Sales

We do not guarantee sales increase. Sales depend on marketing, product quality, pricing, competition, and user trust. Our role is to improve the usability and visitor experience of your website — not to control market factors.

Clause 03

Payment Policy

Advance or milestone-based payment is required. Work delivery depends on payment clearance. 50% advance is required before work begins — remaining 50% is due only after client review and approval of the completed solution.

Clause 04

Access & Security

Limited access is required to perform agreed improvements. The client retains full ownership and full responsibility for website security at all times. We use only the minimum access needed to complete the agreed scope.

Clause 05

Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, hacking, downtime, or business impact resulting from factors outside our agreed scope of work. All work is performed on a staging copy prior to live deployment.

Clause 06

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is 5–7 days, depending on project complexity and the number of pages included in the selected solution plan. Grow Solution clients receive priority delivery.

Clause 07

Revisions

A defined number of revisions is included based on the selected solution plan. Major scope changes beyond the agreed brief may require additional investment.

Clause 08

Downtime

We aim to minimize downtime throughout the optimization process. All improvements are applied on a staging copy first. Temporary disruption may occur only at the point of final deployment, which happens only after client approval.

Clause 09

Refund Policy

No refunds once work has commenced. The 50% advance investment covers the audit, analysis, and staging work performed. The remaining 50% is due only after client review — this structure protects the client's interest.

Clause 10

Client Responsibility

The client must provide accurate data, required assets, and timely communication to enable delivery within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by the client may affect the delivery schedule.

Clause 11

Deployment

Final deployment to the live website will be completed only after client approval and payment clearance. The client may also choose to deploy the solution independently using the code delivered by LevelUp Rank.

Clause 12

Professional Agreement

This is a professional service agreement based on mutual trust and transparent communication. Both parties commit to honest, timely communication throughout the engagement.
